Product Update: Video Commenting, Earn Credits, and Team Enhancements - April 13, 2026

Big week for ngram - video commenting, free credits, and a bunch of team upgrades just shipped.

New Features

• Video Commenting - Pin comments directly on video frames, review them in a timeline panel, and submit all feedback to the AI agent for automatic revisions. Works on mobile too.

• Earn Free Credits - New page in the sidebar where you earn credits weekly by posting about ngram on LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.

• Drag-and-Drop File Upload - The upload modal now accepts drag-and-drop, so you can grab files from your desktop and drop them straight in.

Improvements

• Team Conversation Sharing - Share any conversation with your team via a toggle in the chat panel. Redesigned media library separates personal and team uploads.

• Team Credit Grants - Team owners can transfer credits from their balance to any team member directly from settings.

• Multi-Team Membership - Users can now belong to multiple teams simultaneously.

• Inline Conversation Rename - Click any conversation title to rename it on the spot.

• Conversation Auto-Archive - Conversations older than 3 days auto-archive with a one-click Continue button to clone and resume.

• Billing Clarity - Clear messaging in billing settings explains when plan changes take effect.

• Chat Image Lightbox - Click images in chat to view them full-screen with gallery navigation.

Bug Fixes

• Storyboard preview no longer crashes when viewing projects with 8+ scenes.

• Removed a broken "no voiceover" option that was causing incomplete video generation.
